STATEMENT Buffer and I hope you find our web site amusing and informative. We both feel ISDN, and other DSL technology is necessary if The World Wide Web is ever going to fulfill its potential. The problem appears to be that folks are intimidated by what they feel is a lot more complicated then the current methods of connection they are using to access The Internet. Buffer and I believe that if you are using The Internet now, with a modem, and, or have basic understanding of computer networks that it is not difficult for you to "Go Digital" for you're internet access. Buffer wants to help. You may ask, "why should I seek help from a small dog for ISDN access to The Internet and not my local carrier"? As can be readily seen in the graph below, the End User (you) knows more about ISDN then one might think, but actually knows less than a Small Dog. Always remember he is *only* a small dog.
